Tenor Sean Malkus is a Boston-based performer who has worked with numerous over the years. This is his fifth appearance with Odyssey Opera, and he has performed title, supporting, and ensemble roles with Lowell House Opera, Metro West Opera (now MassOpera), Boston Opera Collaborative, OperaHub, and others. His highlight roles include the tile role in Zemlinksy’s Der Zerg, The Prince in Dvorak’s Rusalka, Bacchus in Strauss’ Ariadne auf Naxos, and Judge Danforth in Robert Ward’s adaptation of The Crucible. Sean attended the New England Conservatory of Music, and has lived and performed in the Boston area ever since.
