BRANDON G. GREEN

Brandon G. Green is an artist and educator from Selma, AL, currently working in Boston, MA. He was most recently seen in Romeo & Juliet – Commonwealth Shakespeare; The Scottsboro Boys – SpeakEasy Stage (IRNE/Elliot Norton – Best Ensemble/Best Musical Production); and Company One & Arts Emerson’s production of An Octoroon, for which he was the recipient of the Elliot Norton Award for Best Actor. Other theatre credits include work with 3050 Music Group, Brand New Classic, Boston Play Marathon, Cape Rep, Fresh Ink’s Mad Dash, Howlround, Lyric Stage, Navarassa Dance Theater, and Nora/Underground Railway.  He is lending his voice to Marcus & Benedict in the forthcoming The Ordinary Epic podcast and is reworking his one-man show, …UM…, a play for social awareness and change.  A graduate of the Alabama State University Theatre program, Brandon also holds an MFA in Acting from Brandeis University where he now teaches The Suzuki Method of Actor Training. He is also part of the MIT Music & Theatre Arts faculty, as well as Daniel Beaty’s I Dream project through Emerson.
